Domestic Shipping
We strive to ship all orders the same business day they are received. The cut-off
time for FedEx Ground or Home Delivery shipments is 10AM CST, the cutoff for UPS
Ground or FedEx Air services is 1PM CST (GMT -6). Orders processed after the daily
cut-off time or on weekends will not guarantee that they will ship until the following
business day assuming enough stock is available at the time of order processing.
If an item is not in stock, you should be notified of the product's status within forty-eight hours.
Shipping is by the carrier of the customer's
choice of either UPS or FedEx. Please note that neither carrier ships to
APO/AFO Boxes, nor can they deliver to PO Boxes. Customers providing
either type of address should be contacted for further shipping
instructions, possibly delaying the shipping of their order. Please
note we do NOT ship via US Postal Service due to past claim issues.

NOTE: Wisp-Router, Inc does not ship or process orders on weekends. Orders
that have not shipped by Friday at 6 p.m. CST will usually ship the following
business day. Please note that WISP-Router, Inc. observes the
following US Holidays.
We shall not be liable for any loss of profits,
business, goodwill, data, interruption of business, damages related to
this agreement, minimum 15% restocking fee with original packaging.
Stock Availability
Stock is not allocated until your order is
verified, paid, accepted, and processed. Therefore, stock levels and
shipping projections may occasionally change by the time your order is
ready to shipped.
International Shipping
Please be aware that many product's warranties do not provide coverage outside
the U.S., and some products may not be exported under any circumstances due
to manufacturer's restrictions or U.S. law. Wisp-Router, Inc makes no representations
regarding warranty coverage, compatibility, or serviceability for products that
are used outside the U.S. Orders for shipment outside the US are subject to
customer verification of account information, additional handling charges, higher
shipping rates, and applicable customs, duties, and taxes, all of which are
the responsibility of the customer. If you are ordering products to be shipped
outside the US, or are placing an order with a credit card who's bank is located
outside the United States, please be aware you may be asked to verify your account
information manually or provide a different method of payment. This is for your
protection to help reduce fraudulent charges.
Changes to Your Order
WISP-Router, Inc will make every attempt to accommodate order changes after
the order has processed for shipping. However, order changes MUST be made by
PHONE only and must be VERIFIED by a WISP-Router, Inc. Sales Representative!
Voice mail or e-mail changes to your order may not be accepted nor received
in time to accommodate those changes. Orders already processed for shipping may
not be available for changes due to pickup by the carrier of customer choice.
In this case, changes to your order will not be accepted and may require an
RMA. Should this be the case, return shipping will be at customer expense, regardless
of refusal of acceptance of shipment by customer. Refusal of package shipment
incurs return shipping charges which WILL be billed to customer upon receipt
of refused package. |
