| Order Acceptance
WISP-Router, Inc processes orders for shipment to any country
throughout the world. We reserve the right to cancel any order that is
received by us either
through our website or via phone. If your order is canceled for any
reason, your account will not be charged, or if, in the case of PayPal
and the payment is
immediate, your payment will be refunded in a prompt and courteous
manner. Wire Transfer refunds will be charged the current Wire Transfer
fee applicable
at the time the wire transfer is refunded.
Your Payment Obligations
You understand and agree that any items purchased by you will be paid
for in
advance prior to acceptance and processing of your order. We accept
Visa, MasterCard,
American Express and Discover as Credit Card forms of payment.
WISP-Router, Inc.'s company policy is to ship your purchases only to the
verified credit card billing address. We also accept
PayPal payments from a verified PayPal account, and Wire Transfer
directly to
our bank account. COD with Certified Funds (Cashier's Check or Money
Order)
is also accepted. Prior approval is needed to pay via personal or
company check.
If your credit card is not valid or if payment is not made for any
reason which
causes your order to become unpaid, then your order will not be
processed for
shipment under any circumstances. The only exception to this is if you
have
been granted Payment Terms by WISP-Router, Inc. Prior approval of
Terms is required
for this option to be in effect. If any payment due to the Company
under this
Agreement is not paid when due, Customer agrees to pay interest on the
past
due amount on a daily basis from the due date until the date paid at a
rate
equal to the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by
law. Suspension
of Net Terms is solely at WISP-Router, Inc's discretion. Customers
having Net
Terms who's account is overdue or over the customer credit limit
determined
by WISP-Router, Inc will have their orders processed and shipped on a
case-by-case
basis and is solely at the discretion of WISP-Router, Inc. If orders
are held
for credit reasons, the customer will be contacted to resolve the
issues before
processing the current order for shipment. WISP-Router, Inc accepts
no responsibility
for orders not processed due to payment issues.
International Shipping
Orders for shipment outside the US are subject to customer verification of
account information, additional handling charges, higher shipping rates, and
applicable customs, duties, and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of
the customer. International shipments may be required to verify certain account
information, including credit card and other shipping information prior to accepting
the international order for shipment. If you are ordering products to be shipped
outside the US, or are placing an order with a credit card who's bank is located
outside the United States, please be aware you may be asked to verify your account
information manually or provide a different method of payment. This is for your
protection to help reduce fraudulent credit card charges.
Please be aware that many products' warranties do not provide coverage outside
the U.S., and some products may not be exported under any circumstances due
to manufacturers' restrictions or U.S. law. Wisp-Router, Inc makes no representations
regarding warranty coverage, compatibility, or serviceability for products that
are used outside the U.S. Certification for use in a particular country remains
solely the responsibility of the customer (purchaser) of the product. WISP-Router,
Inc makes no claims with regard to use or certification in any country.
Software Sales Policy
Sales of all software, including software license keys, are final, and are
non-cancellable and non-refundable. We are able to provide you with replacement
license keys for corrupt software within 30 days of receipt of purchase only.
Software reinstalled by other than approved means are not replaceable, and require
the purchase of a new software license. For correct re-installation procedures,

Custom/Special Order Items
Custom Manufacturing Items
Custom items such as custom cabling and pre-drilled or punched cases are non-refundable
and non-returnable except in the case of a defective item, which will be returnable
for replacement ONLY. There are NO exceptions to this policy. Once your order
is placed and is accepted, the order is not able to be canceled or recalled
for ANY reason.
Special Order Items
WISP-Router, Inc has available some items that can only be procured through
Special Order. Such orders require payment in advance and once placed are non-cancelable
and non-refundable. Note that sometimes special order items can take 6-8 weeks
to recieve into WISP-Router, Inc's warehouse for shipping out to our customers.
In rare cases, items can possibly take longer. Customers will be contacted via
phone or e-mail in regards to the availability and lead time for these items.
Refunds, Credits and Cancellations

Policy.
Order cancellations are accepted only by PHONE and are verified
only when speaking to an authorized WISP-Router, Inc. Sales Representative.
WISP-Router, Inc will make every attempt to accommodate order changes after the
order has processed for shipping. However, order changes MUST be
made by PHONE only and must be VERIFIED by
a WISP-Router, Inc. Sales Representative! Voice mail or e-mail changes to your
order may not be accepted nor received in time to accommodate those changes.
Orders already processed for shipping may not be available for changes due to
pickup by the carrier of customer choice. In this case, changes to your order
will not be accepted and may require an RMA. Should this be the case, return
shipping will be at customer expense, regardless of refusal of acceptance of
shipment by customer. Refusal of package shipment incurs return shipping charges
which WILL be billed to customer upon receipt of refused package.
Missing, Damaged or Incorrectly Shipped Items
Any shipping discrepancies must be reported within 7 days to WISP-Router, Inc
from the time the shipment was received. Failure to do so means acceptance of
the shipment as received and we will be unable to accommodate any claims for
damaged or missing goods after this date. A packing slip is provided with EACH
shipment to verify the receipt of your order. If, for any reason, you did not
receive a packing slip with your shipment, please contact our shipping department
immediately and they will be happy to provide you with an electronic copy of
the document.
