Return Policy

Please log in to use our RMA system located under "Services". You must be logged into the same account that you used to purchase your items originally in order to create an on-line RMA. You will be able to process your RMA and receive your RMA number on-line. Please bear with us as we are beginning to use our new RMA system. For any questions or problems, please feel free to contact our RMA department at 620-231-7777 X-152.

You MUST receive an RMA number issued by WISP-Router, Inc. (either on-line or manually) BEFORE returning your product. After an RMA number is issued to you, and then you must return the product according to the instructions provided in conjunction with this RMA number. The RMA number MUST be clearly written on the outside of the box or risk being refused. Items accepted without an RMA number may be assessed a $50 RMA research/liability fee.

All refunds will be credited at lesser of current market value or purchase price. All returns for credit or exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Products will not be accepted for return, whether for repair, replacement, exchange or credit, unless prior authorization is obtained. Returns for credit or exchange must be received by the WISP-Router, Inc. Shipping Department within 30 days of the original invoice date unless otherwise specified on the website for a particular product. Beyond this period, product may only be exchanged/repaired if currently under warranty. Contacting the support department for problems will NOT extend this date. After 30 days from the original invoice date, most products must be exchanged/repaired by the manufacturer. Please contact a WISP-Router, Inc representative or consult the product listings on our website for further warranty information.

All products being returned for credit or exchange must be returned in their original packaging with all software, power units, cabling, manuals (if provided) and other items intact, or else will we will not be able to issue credit on account, exchange the item, or provide a refund for the product in question.

Advance Replacement RMA's

Advance replacement of items less than 30 days old MUST BE REQUESTED at the time the RMA is issued. Please note in the comments section of your RMA that you would like the item advance replaced, and then download and fill out the Advance Replacement RMA Form so that we can provide you with an immediate replacement of your items.

Advance replacement of items to you that are less than 30 days old is provided as a service by WISP-Router, Inc. Please keep in mind certain restrictions apply and that certain rules and regulations must be followed in order to facilitate advance replacement by WISP-Router, Inc.

Advance replacement RMA's will be charged accordingly if returned without original materials as provided on the above list (cables, manuals, original packaging materials, etc.) if required by your particular product. You will need to provide credit card information on the RMA Advanced Replacement form before any advance replacement will be shipped out to you. Advance replacement RMAs that are NOT returned in Anti-Static Packaging (see instructions/recommendations below) or do not meet warranty guidelines will be immediately charged for the full value of the product in question in addition to shipping of the Advance Replacment RMA to you from our facility.

Advance Replacement RMA's MUST be received within 15 days of receipt of advance replacement. Failure to return products by the due date will result in additional charges to your account. A minumum $20 Advance Replacement fee will apply to all Advance Replacement RMA's not received within the 15 day time frame, regardless of date listed on RMA form.

Other RMA Information

Some products are supported directly through the manufacturer and must be returned accordingly. If repair charges are charged to WISP-Router, Inc for repairs of your items, then this cost will be passed along to you. You will be contacted for payment information before your item is returned to you. Please be aware that WISP-Router, Inc. is not responsible for the cost of these charges, that we are simply passing along the charge from the actual manufacturer.

RMA numbers are valid for a maximum of 30 days.

When returning an item, it is important that you return it with all accessories, manuals, cables, etc., in order to receive a credit or exchange unless otherwise specified. Items returned without all accessories or items which are defaced will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.

Please package your return item in a shipping box with appropriate packaging. If you are not sure how to package an item for safe shipping, please consult a local shipping company or a WISP-Router, Inc representative. Product being returned in an envelope or with insufficient packaging will be refused and your warranty WILL be voided. Please write the RMA number on clearly visiably on the outside of the shipping box before returning it to WISP-Router, Inc. Items inadvertantly accepted with insufficient packaging will be inspected and if found to not meet packing specifications, warranty will be VOIDED and item returned to you at your request.

Antistatic Packaging

All electronic components that are not installed and secured in a metal or plastic indoor or outdoor enclosure MUST be returned in anti-static bags. If item is failed to be returned in propper antistatic packaging all warranty WILL be VOID with NO exceptions.

All electronic components from WISP-Router, Inc are ALWAYS shipped in anti-static bags unless they have been securely installed in a metal or plastic enclosure. If you no longer have the original anti-static bag that your product was shipped in or you choose to remove it from the enclosure, WISP-Router, Inc urges you to try to contact a local computer store, HAM radio store or Radioshack which generally will have these and often will provide these to you free of charge or at minimal cost. If you can not find one locally please contact WISP-Router, Inc and we will gladly send you out as many bags as you require for your RMA for a minimal fee.

Lightning / Surge damage

WISP-Router, Inc warranty does NOT cover direct or indirect lightning damages such as common surge damages. In some cases we can offer repair services on these items either directly or extended from the manufacturer. WISP-Router, Inc will be more than happy to provide suggestions and recommendations on how to protect your equipment from surge damage caused. WISP-Router, Inc. offers a variety of different kinds of surge protection devices to prevent these kind of damages to your equipment. Please consult a sales representative if you have any question on what you should use for your application for best possible protection.

Agreement

By submitting an RMA form on our website, I/we agree to all of the above terms and conditions of the return. We further agree to hold WISP-Router, Inc. harmless for any omissions or errors on this or any other page on this website. By submitting your form online, this signifies your agreement to the above.
