PS5-D platform that can be used as an AP, Bridge, PMP Station, Mesh networking client, and in many more applications being developed. It features exceptional radio and antenna design which allows links to be established over distances of 50km and can provide significantly increased throughput (up to 50+Mbps TCP/IP) over other solutions in comparable environments. Additionally, Ubiquiti has made public Linux SDK and toolchain resources for developers.

The housing is a Nema 6 rated waterproof Die Cast Aluminum with White Epoxy Powered Coat Paint that can be pole mounted or wall mounted (pole mount hardware included). For ethernet connectivity the unit is using the Pacific Wireless Patent Pending RJ45-ECS connector system for easy outside ethernet connect and disconnect. On the bottom of the caseing a N-Female connector protrudes for easy attachment of antenna.
